1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BuyEx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on BuyEx for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on BuyEx
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Seller Terms

If you are a seller on BuyEx, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of your products
• Deliver digital products as described and in a timely manner
• Not sell illegal, counterfeit, or unauthorized products
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Handle customer inquiries professionally
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Buyer Terms

If you are a buyer on BuyEx, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Not use purchased products in violation of intellectual property rights
• Not request chargebacks fraudulently
• Communicate respectfully with sellers
• Use products in accordance with their licenses

6. Payments and Fees

BuyEx charges transaction fees on sales as outlined in our pricing page. Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms of service as well.

Sellers will receive payments minus applicable fees within 2-3 business days of a completed transaction. BuyEx reserves the right to withhold payments in case of suspected fraud or policy violations.

7. Intellectual Property

The content on BuyEx, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BuyEx or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Sellers retain ownership of their products but grant BuyEx a license to display and distribute their products on the platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use BuyEx for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to your use of the Service. Prohibited activities include:

• Harassment, abuse, or harm to another person
• Fraud, phishing, or money laundering
• Posting malicious software or viruses
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
• Scraping or automated data collection
• Circumventing security features

9. Refunds and Disputes

Refund policies are set by individual sellers. BuyEx may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers but is not obligated to provide refunds. We encourage buyers to contact sellers directly for support issues.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BuyEx or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use BuyEx, even if BuyEx or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

12. Disclaimer

The materials on BuyEx are provided on an "as is" basis. BuyEx makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BuyEx and our partners, licensors, affiliates, contractors, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of or related to your use of BuyEx or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
